Gameplay:

Like most bullet hell titles, Troy's fast and hectic gameplay manages to fully encapsulate the player within its experience. Fast reflexes and quick, logical thinking is rewarded as each stages ramps up in difficulty. This games embodies the notion of "easy to play, difficult to master" which is reminiscent of the other popular bullet hell games such as the Binding of Isaac or Hotline Miami.

Story:

The narrative of the game is especially intriguing in todays climate of companies such as Amazon or Apple, which are giants in the industry, and yet so susceptible to corruption.  Of course, a game set in the future can go many different directions, however, Troy pulls off on of the most realistic (and depressing)  approaches to a post apocalyptic world.

The main character, as a robot, has no free will and is being assigned by a handler, so it is an interesting study of autonomy. Does the robot want to do other things than be a mindless killing machine? Or does it enjoy the ruthless killing?

Art:

The art for this game is a mix of both extremely crisp and 2-bit, which is very pleasing on the eyes and doesn't overload your brain, which is helpful in a bullet hell style games. The art for the handler should be especially commended, as it looks like a real person.

All in all, this game is definitely an enjoyable experience and is worth playing!

HEY THIS GAME IS VERY GOOD NICE WORK!
